Recognizing the escalating failure risk in one LMS100 unit, SISO scoped and executed a full Mark VIe controller upgrade. The project included procurement support, software revalidation, full re-commissioning, and post-installation performance monitoring. Post-upgrade, the unit exhibited improved operational stability, fewer nuisance alarms, and streamlined maintenance workflows, helping the facility maintain its availability targets heading into peak demand seasons.
