Facing chronic summer peak reliability issues, a power plant turned to SISO for a comprehensive Mark VIe system upgrade. SISO replaced aging hardware, resolved latent configuration errors, and optimized alarm management settings. As a result, the site achieved its highest summer availability in five years, earned its first operational performance bonuses, and set a new baseline for long-term reliability across all LM6000 units.
